Is nitrogen safe to consume?
Yes, nitrogen ice cream is safe to consume & is absolutely kid-approved too! Liquid nitrogen is used in a controlled environment, and the nitrogen evaporates completely before the ice cream is served. The process ensures that no liquid nitrogen remains in the final product. All safety protocols are followed to handle liquid nitrogen properly, preventing any risk of exposure to extremely cold temperatures.

Of course, your favorite mix-ins are added to the base, then they are mixed and then frozen using liquid nitrogen. We ensure that all ingredients meet rigorous quality standards to produce a superior product just for you!
What is the shelf life of the ice cream?
